C++ 獲取當前日期精確到毫秒的幾種方法

 以下幾種方式都是來自網上搜集資料的彙總,對於老的方式,容易出現問題,比如:利用 ftime 函式的, ndk 下,就不通用了,編譯不過(函式被棄用),下面的方式都是比較通用的做法,希望對大家有幫助。
